nGen (New Generation Engineering Consultancy) was established on 2011 with a vision to provide distinct high standard structural engineering service nationwide. The company objects to provide consulting services in the field of structural engineering, civil engineering and environmental engineering, along with mix of other engineering sectors, IT and architectural design.

Ever since its establishment nGen has been very much particular about timely performance, professional standards and quality of its deliverables. The firm observes all professional ethics and norms and is working hard for their implementation in the national scene. This fact has been well observed by our clients who have appreciated the zeal and professionalism of our staff, a smooth and trouble free- relation with the firm, and high professional standards of accomplished works.

In the national scene, nGen has established, with a rather short period of time, a respectable position as a professional consultant who could be entrusted with different engineering jobs in the capacity of a good consultant. The company prides itself of being a pioneer in seismic assessment of buildings and their retrofit design. Our team have delivered several training to engineers from various institutions including government, other consultancies and professionals regarding the seismic assessment and retrofit design of the buildings.

The Directors and staff Engineers of nGen are members of Nepal engineering council and Nepal Engineers Association and take active participation in its professional activities. The members are also constantly involved in research activities. The OKRs model in the company has constantly improving organization capacity and its individual members.
